" Disappointing Service for the Price"

I had high hopes for HR Smart, but unfortunately, the service was not up to par. The advice was generic, and the communication was poor, which made it hard to rely on them for important HR matters. I don’t feel that their service justified the cost, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
